lilTriangle Workspace

lilTriangle Workspace is the daily activity tracker used by lilTriangle’s internal teams — Sales, Marketing, Technology and Support. It helps each team member log where they went, who they met, what they delivered, and the numbers behind their day, so managers always have an accurate picture of field activity.

Every entry is tied to your lilTriangle account, your device, and a verified GPS location. Mock / fake-GPS apps are detected and blocked, so the data captured is the data that actually happened.

KEY FEATURES

• Start your day, end your day: One tap to mark the start of your workday with GPS, date and time. Another tap at the end of the day records when and where you wrapped up.

• Add Visits & Meetings: Log each school or customer visit with school name, area, city, mode (online or offline), contact person details, and notes. Every visit is geotagged.

• Camera-only photo capture: Take a photo of the visit in the moment — gallery uploads are not allowed. Every photo is automatically watermarked with your username, date, time and GPS coordinates, then uploaded securely to the company server.

• Edit comments later: Update the notes on any visit from the dashboard without re-creating the entry.

• End-of-day form tailored to your team:
– Sales: calls made, calls connected, appointments completed and fixed, schools signed, order value, collections, day notes.
– Marketing: creatives & videos created, ads created and live, ad amount spent, leads generated, schools onboarded, meetings, day notes.
– Support: tickets raised and solved, CCTVs added, trainings/demos, support meetings, calls responded, new schools added, PGs activated, day notes.
– Technology: day updates, bugs resolved, release notes, calls taken, support queries, PG integrations, database work, demos & meetings.

• Smart daily dashboard: Your day-start marker, every visit you logged, your day-end marker, and a per-team summary card with totals once the day is closed — all in one scrollable view.

• Guard rails built in: You can’t add a visit or end your day before starting; you can’t end the day twice. The app guides you with clear prompts.

• Past days, future blocked: Pick any past date to review what you logged. Future dates are disabled.

• Single sign-on: Log in with your lilTriangle Workspace credentials. Your role and team come from the lilTriangle server automatically.

• Update reminders: When a new version ships, the app prompts you to update. Force-update is used only when a release is mandatory.

WHO THIS APP IS FOR

lilTriangle Workspace is intended for authorized lilTriangle staff only. Accounts are provisioned by the lilTriangle admin team — you cannot sign up from inside the app. If you do not have lilTriangle credentials, this app will not be useful to you.

• An active lilTriangle Workspace account
• Internet connection
• Location services enabled (required for the workflow)
• Camera access (required for visit photos)

PRIVACY & DATA

We collect location, device info, and the entries you create to support your team’s daily workflow. Data is stored on lilTriangle’s servers and accessible only to authorized lilTriangle accounts. See our privacy policy for details.
