The app often fails to connect to cameras, especially the X350 model.

Recent reviews

On setting up, the camera refuses to recognize my phone (Samsung Galaxy A25). My son's Nokia C21 connects no problem, but that's no help to me and my phone. the app is completely useless to me. Yes, I've allowed all possible permissions, disconnected Bluetooth, reinstalled, tried switching to airplane mode, without success. Son finds there is significant delay between camera and phone too, so he doesn't recommend relying on the app view for rc purposes.

Yeh nah, no hope of the app working for the X350. Still it's a nice little camera for the price, just do it the old school way reading the files off the SD card or viewing on the camera.

Camera is great, but app straight up does not work. Tried it on multiple devices, and app was glitchy and buggy and didn't allow me to connect to the cameras wifi and wouldn't even recognize the camera
