2024-12-05	Mi*****	This app sucks. Every time I turn my phone off then turn it back on and enter the app, I cant type at all. I have to fully shut the app down to interact with anything again. Communication tab is awful too. Glitchy and strangely laid out. Would give 0 stars if it were an option

2024-09-06	Al*****	My experience is continually horrible every day I attempt to use this app. I cannot use the keyboard while in the app. It is constantly signing me out, which is a problem as I cannot use my keyboard. Worst app I have ever used. For the amount of money it costs the company, you'd think they would have a little better app support. Samsung s22+ Android version 14

2024-06-10	Ad*****	App is garbage! Most of the time, I can't upload pics to the job lines. The icons just keep spinning, trying to upload. Also has an issue when trying to locate work orders. The keypad will flash then go away and never gives to option to type in your text to get to the work order. I've left the app on overnight to see if it will load. Nothing....Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing...Save yourself the time and delete this mess

2024-03-05	Je*****	App has been not so good. I can't type for more than 5 seconds or the app freezes. My uploaded photos havent been working for over a month. I've tried Uninstalling. Signing out and back in. Changing my password at a desktop with no change. I would have got rid of it a long time ago of I didn't have to use it for work

2023-12-28	pu*****	Ever since android 13 it has been buggy. Had to close the app and reopen it constantly just to log on to a job line. Now with Android 14 it can't be used at all. If no fix is available I'm gonna have to recommend my company drop lightspeed all together in favor of a more usable system.
