Numvex Sudoku Hints is a straightforward Sudoku app built around a core idea: helping you understand the puzzle, not just hand you the answer.

The game presents a clean 9x9 grid with no visual clutter. Choose your difficulty before starting — from an easy warm-up to a demanding expert grid — and work through the puzzle at your own pace. Every cell, row, column, and 3x3 box follows standard Sudoku rules, and the board enforces them silently until you ask for feedback.

When you get stuck, the hint system steps in. Rather than filling in a random number, it targets the specific cell you are working on and explains the logical reasoning behind the correct placement. This makes it a useful learning tool as much as a game.

Error highlighting marks any conflicting numbers as soon as they appear, so you can spot and fix mistakes before they cascade into the rest of the grid. The design stays out of the way — no timers counting down, no pressure, just the puzzle.

The app ships with three or four visual themes, covering both light and dark preferences. You can adjust font size for comfortable number reading and set which tab opens by default when you launch the app.

No accounts, no network connection required, no purchases. All progress and settings stay on your device. It works completely offline from the first launch.
