It only runs on tablets or bigger screens which defeats it's only purpose

After a lot of back and forth with their help desk they managed to create version that worked for me. I feel product is still in early stages support was ok could be faster response but they got there on the end. Currently I'm watching this space as for live use it is not stable enough IMHO. Still using classic version for live.
