2026-04-01	Ma*****	We're expected to use this app even with all issues it has. Not even sure why this app needs access to our locations, nearby devices and physical activity all the time. It tracks us even when we're finished our shifts or on our days off. Very intrusive. I think that once we log out, that should cease the tracking. Definitely not a 5 star app, wouldn't even give it one star.

2026-03-02	Ro*****	Fix your app FFS! Not only has the camera flash been bugged for I can't even remember how long now, but recently we're all having to log out and back in MULTIPLE times just to get it to be able to scan QR codes. Sometimes the only thing that works is to force stop the app and log back in. It's beyond infuriating.

It crashes and freezes unexpectedly, causing you to lose valuable time spent taking photos for reports, only to find that your work has vanished. The app struggles to establish a proper connection, making it difficult to get a location fix, and often fails to recognize when you are on-site. To make matters worse, it frequently does not load the images you capture. Trash app, period!

2025-12-21	Ra*****	This app gets worse every time it has an update. It get slower when loading a task, uploading photos. Also the removal of upload from gallery has greatly affected my ability to do my job. I now have to spend more time during each task to take and upload photos most time at least 5 to 10 minutes longer. Also I have to click through more buttonhole to upload photos for every photo over and over and over and over and over again.

2025-11-04	Me*****	always issues my girls and I need to use this for work and half the time some of them can't log in, or log in but won't log out or log out at a different site. I unloaded and reloaded and still having issues currently won't allow me to finish a shift orlog out 100% waste of time until more work is put into program to get it worth the effect wish we could still ring in
