Very difficult to find denial documents, not intuitive/user friendly. No electronic reimbursement/repayment options (check and snail mail only).

App crashes a lot when viewing receipts you upload. The pull down menus don't have enough categories so you have to describe. The auto EOB scanner doesn't include enough Vision and Dental so you end up having to do it manually. The app logs in on my phone but can't using exact same login on my computer. This vendors online offerings are dated and breaking. Says I didn't answer one of my security quests and to call them which I did, answer my questions over the phone, tried later, still broken.
