Life: Infinite is free to play. Optional in-app purchases (VIP subscriptions, VIP for life, Life Tokens and a one-time Starter Pack) and optional rewarded ads offer convenience, small boosts and cosmetics. VIP removes ads at natural breaks and adds Golden Years: skip 5 or 10 years of your life, played out with good fortune. The Starter Pack removes them for good and adds Life Tokens and extra save slots. Some token features, such as swapping an event, have random outcomes.

All characters, brands, vehicles and events are fictional. The game touches on mature themes such as crime, illness and death in a non-graphic, story-driven way.
