LifeClin Pet

LifeClin Pet is the pet owner’s app for two things: organizing their pet’s health and routine, and making safer choices about where to go — clinics, pet shops, and professionals with public reputations based on the experiences of previous clients.

What it’s for
Register your pet, store medical records and documents, receive reminders, create an emergency profile, and share information with your veterinarian through a link or QR code. You can also search for providers by city, read reviews from other pet owners, and publish your own.

How each module works

Pets
Register one or more pets with a photo, species, breed, sex, spay/neuter status, date of birth, microchip, and primary veterinarian. Track weight, estimated age, and body condition over time. Generate a link or QR code for your veterinarian to view the profile, with an expiration period and the option to revoke access.

Medical Records
Record vaccinations, allergies, medications, diagnoses, procedures, surgeries, prescriptions, and notes. Filter the timeline, attach files, and export the history as a PDF. Share access with a professional through a temporary link so they can add medical records from the visit and, when necessary, correct those records. Both you and the professional who treated your pet can add information to the timeline, creating a complete history of your pet’s veterinary care.

Documents
Store exams, prescriptions, and files belonging to your pet or you, including personal documents and powers of attorney. Set the visibility of each document. Private documents are accessible only to you. Public documents can appear during an emergency together with medical records to support veterinary care. View and share files whenever needed, including during emergencies, veterinary visits, travel, hotels, and other situations.

Reminders
Create alerts, enable or disable them, adjust the time, mark them as completed, and view the history. The app sends notifications to your phone 1 hour and 24 hours in advance so you don’t miss important dates.

Emergency
Quickly access everything important during urgent care: allergies, chronic conditions, medical records, documents, high-risk medications, and your pet’s complete health history. Share this information with a professional in seconds using a QR code, helping speed up care for your best friend. You can also generate a QR code to help identify and find your pet if they get lost by placing it on their collar. You can also open the map to locate a veterinarian for a veterinary emergency.

Reviews and Reputation
Search for clinics and professionals by name, country, state, and city. See the overall rating, number of reviews, categories such as care, facilities and cleanliness, wait time, price, pet care, trust, and safety, and whether the provider is verified. After a service such as a consultation, grooming, vaccination, exams, emergency care, surgery, hospitalization, daycare, training, and more, rate the service, indicate whether you would return, and choose whether your review is public or private. Other pet owners can read public reviews, filter them, and mark reviews as helpful. Verified providers can respond. Users can also report abusive or false content.

Account
Sign in with email, Google, or Apple. Edit your name, phone number, address, and photo. Choose your language (Portuguese, English, or Spanish) and use light or dark mode.

Plans
The free plan includes essential features with a pet limit. Premium increases the available capacity. Payments are processed through Google Play.
