2026-08-14	Pu*****	I have emailed licious a number of times to ask if the products they sell are halal or jhatka. Each time, they have closed the ticket without responding to the query. No call, email or response in any format. As a long time customer, I expect decent customer service and basic decency. I personally eat both halal and jhatka, but I have family members with specific requirements. The underhanded and disrespectful manner in which these queries are handled are a reflection of their values.
