Licaflora

Licaflora was developed at LICA (Marseille) to raise awareness of biodiversity and encourage citizen science.

Users film a location, and the application generates a detailed map of the plant species detected in the video, enriched with contextual data (climate, air quality). The "analysis" tab allows users to compare the data over time and obtain statistics.

User features:

- Capture geotagged video from the app
- Display a map showing the GPS coordinates of plant species seen in the videos
- Click on these GPS coordinates to obtain the names of the identified species through inference
- Access climate and air pollution information at the time of recording
- View data on identified species
- View statistics on the state of biodiversity and pollution, and their evolution over seasons and years (number of species, species distribution, species quality (endemic, invasive, threatened), air pollution levels, etc.)
