Overview

Features & Capabilities

Using the Galaxy Z Flip without opening it.

Lib Launcher is a launcher specifically for the Galaxy Z Flip. It only works on the cover screen.

When using the Flip, you often open the device just to check a single notification. The same applies when you want to skip a song or quickly perform a small operation; you open and close it dozens of times a day.

Lib Launcher was created to reduce this frequency.

■ Home Screen
You can place apps, widgets, and the clock wherever you like on a 6x5 grid. Long-pressing enters edit mode, allowing you to rearrange and resize items on the spot. You can add pages, and stacking apps creates folders.

While the standard cover screen has fixed placement options, this allows you to customize what you place.

■ App List and Quick Settings
Swiping up displays a list of apps. You can search by name, and an index of initial letters appears on the right, allowing you to find your desired app in seconds, even on a small screen.

Swiping down on the right half of the screen brings up quick settings. Here you can access Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, airplane mode, sound settings, and widget placement.

■ Notifications
Swiping down on the left half of the screen opens a list of notifications. Tapping a notification reads the full text, while swiping to the right dismisses them one by one. Notifications from the same app are displayed together.

You can hide notifications from apps you don't want to see, even for apps that don't disappear easily, such as music player notifications.

This list can also be pinned as a page on the left edge of the home screen.

To read notifications, you need permission for "Notification Access." Granting permission allows the app to retrieve notification content, but it will not be shared outside of your device.

■ Quickly Return from Other Apps
Buttons displayed on the screen allow you to directly navigate to the home screen, app list, and recently used apps. There are two types: a bar-shaped "Pill" and a "Smart" button that opens a fan-shaped menu when you place your finger on it. You can freely move their positions.

■ Slide Panel (Advertised or Pro Version)
Swiping inward from the edge of the screen opens a panel of frequently used apps, following your finger movement. You can choose which side to open it from (left, right, or bottom).

■ What you can do with the free version
Most features are available for free. There are only two limitations:
• You can only have up to 4 apps and 1 widget on your home screen.
• The slide panel is unavailable.

These two limitations can be removed for 24 hours by watching one ad within an app. You can watch it as many times as you like, so just watch it when you need to. Purchasing the Pro version removes these limitations indefinitely.

Ads will not appear automatically from within the app. You can decide whether or not to watch them.

■ This app is suitable for:
* Those who want to reduce the number of times they open their device.
* Those who find the standard cover screen insufficient.
* Those who want to customize their cover screen to their own usage.

■ Required Permissions
* Display over other apps (Required) — Used to display the overlay and slide panel.
* Access to usage (Required) — Used to display recently used apps.
* Accessibility (Optional) — Used to launch the "Recently Used Apps" screen and automatically return to the cover screen. Screen content is not read or recorded.
* Access to notifications (Optional) — Used to display notifications in the notification panel. Received notifications are handled only within the device and are not sent externally.
* Send notifications (Optional) — Used to display notifications from the resident service that monitors the cover screen.

All data, such as settings and home screen layout, is stored only on your device. It is not sent to our servers.

Location permissions are not used. The "Approximate current location" displayed in Data Safety may be estimated from your IP address in connection with ad delivery (Google AdMob).
