The shipment doesn't change. It doesnt show, the exact location.. even when customers have picked, it doesnt show that its picked It doesnt make sense with this app

You guys are such a disaster and hopeless company...I sent an item from Lagos to Anambra since last week sat (25th of mar 2023) uptill now I couldn't track the shipment status, I called your frausting costormer care all they could do is to give me unnecessary attitude, Asif it was a crime for me to use your service. Today is 29th of march 2023 and still I don't have any idea where and when the item will be received by the receiver.
