2025-01-01	Ro*****	First time patronising Libra, I downloaded the app and booked from Port Harcourt (Waterline) to Lagos which was quite easy and great. But they did something despicable at the departure terminal by telling me the seat I booked for is not available and they refused to issue me a ticket. The customer care I called couldn't resolve the issue and right there in my presence they booked a new passenger to fill the bus. I had to go to another transport company to transit to Lagos by additional cost.

2023-08-31	Ke*****	This is my first time using this app, Although it was great making payment, not knowing that contact information was traveller' names, the app brought out my name automatically. So when I realised that, I couldn't even change the names, I have mailed them no reply, I have called nobody is to attend to the calls, which is a bad impression atleast they would have provided where one would see a review before making payment, and this person is travelling today, I hope they changed the name today ooo
