DJEN Alerta: Comunica PJe

DJEN Alerta tracks publications from the National Electronic Official Gazette (DJEN) and Comunica PJe — the official CNJ platform that compiles summonses, citations, rulings, judgments, expert appointments, and notices from all courts in the country.

Instead of checking the Comunica PJe website every day to see if there are any new publications, let DJEN Alerta check for you.

HOW IT WORKS
• Search for publications by name, case number, or any term, with a period filter (today, 3, 7, 30 days, custom, or the entire history).

• Register a scheduled search: the app automatically checks at the time you choose, even with the application closed — including after restarting the device.

• Register up to 30 different terms (client names, case numbers, etc.), each with its own search period.

• Receive a single notification when there is a new publication — tap it to see the result directly.

MY CASES
• Dedicated screen for the cases you are following, separate from other search terms, with automatic validation of the case number in the CNJ standard.

• Pause and resume following a case whenever you want, without losing your registration.

• Directly from any publication, "Follow this case" registers the number with one tap.

• See an indicator of the last check on the main screen — when it ran and how many new publications it found.

ORGANIZE WITH TAGS
• Give each case or term a free tag (e.g., "accounting expertise", "labor law") and filter the list by it.

• The same tag appears in both My Cases and Scheduled Consultations.

CASE DOSSIER IN PDF
• See all publications of a case in chronological order, with the full text of each one.

• Export everything to PDF, with a cover and clickable index, ready to send by email, WhatsApp, or Drive.

ON THE SCREEN OF EACH PUBLICATION
• View the full text of the summons, including court, body, date, and case number.

• Copy the case number, copy the text, or share the publication with a tap.

• Open the publication directly on the official Comunica PJe website, or search all publications for that case without leaving the app.

BACKUP AND RESTORATION
• Export and import the entire registry — cases, terms, and deadlines — into a CSV file, useful for transferring to a new phone.

• Importing never replaces anything, only adds what doesn't already exist, and alerts you line by line if something is wrong.

• The app never allows you to register the same case or term twice.

HISTORY
• Review previous searches and repeat any of them with a tap, using the exact same period.

PRIVACY
• DJEN Alerta works locally on your device, without an account, login, or collecting any information, whether name, term, CNPJ, CPF, email, or phone number.
