User Reviews

Reviews are mostly negative. The most repeated problems are broken search, access or update failures, and a frustrating interface with buttons and screens that impede use. Some users also describe booking-related problems or needing the website to manage reservations. A few users found booking easy, but positive feedback is less common.

Pros

Some users found booking easy and appreciated convenient access to booking information.

Cons

Search is frequently reported as broken, preventing users from entering destinations or finding hotels.
Many users cannot get into or use the app because of login, startup, or repeated update errors.
The interface is difficult to use: buttons are poorly placed or unresponsive, and screens may display incorrectly.
Users report broader reliability problems, including booking or transaction issues and limited ability to manage bookings.
