This app is broken. I am unable to submit a request for a warranty replacement because certain "required" fields are not being displayed on the submission form.

This is a terrible app. Stitching back and forth to put in home owner information and it restarts. No all other companies can put in an RMA remotely. This is LG being startuo lazy. You know the oroduct is defective nkw replace it. Why do ibhave to do your job for you. App crashes and glitches.
