Secure Staff Access
Staff members sign in with their credentials and register their device for administrator approval. Only approved devices with valid staff sessions can access the check-in system.

Biometric and PIN Protection
An additional layer of security protects access to the application using fingerprint, Face ID or Touch ID where supported, with a six-digit PIN as an alternative.

Match Selection
Quickly access today's scheduled matches and currently live matches. Select a match to begin scanning tickets immediately.

Fast QR Code Scanning
Validate tickets using the device's camera, with clear feedback for successful check-ins, previously used tickets, invalid tickets, and transactions requiring further verification.

Manual Ticket Entry
