User Reviews

The most repeated complaints are failed login or registration, unreliable Bluetooth connections, and an app that logs users out or stops working. Many reviewers also object to needing an account for basic toothbrush setup. A few users say the app is useful or easy to use when it works, but overall feedback is strongly negative.

Pros

Some users found the app easy to use and useful when it worked.

Cons

Login and registration frequently fail, especially because verification codes do not arrive or account setup gets stuck.
Users repeatedly report pairing and connection failures, including connections that stop working after initial setup.
The app is unstable: users are logged out repeatedly, and updates or reinstalls can leave the app or toothbrush settings unusable.
Many users dislike needing an account and sharing a phone number or email to configure a toothbrush.
