Quite bad overall. This app needs to be redesigned from the ground up. Among other issues: Almost always times out. Does not refresh, always outdated info. Buggy. Nothing the app shows can be trusted. Useless map- Inaccurate: charging time, soc, ... nothing matches what shows on the dashboard. Terrible layout. Shows fuel consumption but not EV. Lists only charging sessions on public chargers. Support is responsive but can't do much beyond apologizing. I feel bad for these guys really.

Unable to register my car using every method available within the app. The app seems to be targeting electric vehicles. Reported the issue to Lexus customer services twice. Let's see what transpires! Thanks for the AI response. The app still does not work as it does not support vehicles from 2021. Lexus 2021 this is not stone age as other less marque brands support their models from 2018 with mobile apps... Wake up and smell the ☕
