download broke my printer functionality. I wanted more option to print, my app offered me this plug-in app to download... after I did I was no longer able to print. it created a new printer but both were unavailable. Even after restarted the app... I just removed it and use my laptop for the printing options...

Works fine, does exactly what it says on the tin. As long as you have set everything up correctly (which the app won't, and frankly shouldn't help you with).
