This is one of the worst app to verify the ID. I think the businesses are using this app never used it for themselves. Pathetic app.

Any companies looking to use this app... AVOID!! For an app that has one simple purpose, it fails embarrassingly at it. This is absolute trash. I have spent about an hour of my time trying to scan my ID using both a driver's license and passport but it just hangs on "capturing". Still haven't had any success with it. Kind of at a dead end and there is no help or contact information within the app itself. If you want this company to tarnish your company's reputation then go ahead and use them.
