Can't follow simple instructions. I had one account I wanted them to negotiate for me and they claimed to be working on a letter and I would need a notary. I have had a notary lined up for months at this point and I've now paid more to these thieves than my original balance on the account I wanted straightened out. They even charged me a prorated amount for the last month for services not rendered! Find literally anyone else to handle credit issues, these guys are the worst.
