OrderJam Hub

OrderJam Hub is the staff-facing order management app for restaurants that run on OrderJam. It turns an Android tablet at the counter into the restaurant's live order station.

What staff can do:
• See new orders the moment they arrive — SMS, web, and kiosk orders in one live queue
• Accept or reject incoming orders with one tap
• Move orders through preparation: start, mark prepared, mark picked up
• Look up order details, customer pickup names, and order history
• Manager-PIN-protected actions for sensitive operations (refunds, cancellations, payment recovery)
• Real-time updates pushed to the device — no manual refreshing

About this app:
• Built exclusively for restaurant staff at locations using the OrderJam platform
• Requires an existing OrderJam business account — there is no consumer functionality
• The app sells nothing: no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no digital content for sale
• Orders shown in the app are food orders placed by the restaurant's customers through other OrderJam channels; payment for those orders happens in those channels, never in this app

About the on-screen QR code:
• On first launch the app shows a QR code for DEVICE PAIRING only — it links this tablet to the restaurant's existing OrderJam business account, the same way a streaming device is paired to an account
• A staff member scans it with their phone, signs in to the restaurant's existing account, and approves the pairing
• No account can be created and nothing can be purchased through this app

Setup:
1. Install OrderJam Hub on the tablet at your counter
2. Launch the app — a pairing QR code appears
3. Scan it with your phone and sign in to your OrderJam business account
4. Approve the pairing — the tablet becomes your live order hub
