User Reviews

Users praise the Blackstar BEAM app for being easy to use, responsive, and quick to connect to the amp, and many highlight the device's sound quality and effects. However, the most frequent complaints involve broken sign-in, with Google and email login failing for many users. The Music tab often fails to load, the promised Moises integration is missing or non-functional, the tuner is finicky, and the metronome is too quiet or silent. Some reviewers also report bugs after updates, such as lost patches and devices not being detected.
