Levvex Staff

Levvex Staff is the official app for event staff using the Levvex platform. Designed for those operating the entrance and accreditation, it makes participant check-in quick, simple, and reliable—even with unstable internet.

HOW IT WORKS

The event staff accesses the app with the event code, CPF (Brazilian tax ID), and a verification code sent via WhatsApp. From there, it's just a matter of validating the entries.

MAIN FEATURES

• Native QR Code reader — scan the ticket and check in the participant in seconds.

• Search by name — find and validate a participant even without the QR code.

• Staff Mode and Auto Mode — operate check-in manually or leave a device in self-service mode at the entrance.

• Works offline — check-ins are recorded on the device and automatically synchronized when the connection returns.

• Audit log — each check-in is linked to the person who performed it and the device used, for security and organizer control.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Levvex Staff is intended for authorized event staff. Access accounts are created by the organizer on the Levvex platform — the app does not register public accounts.
