2025-01-25	Ch*****	I love the concept but for my own sanity I can no longer use the CGMs they provide. This is out of their control but the DexCom G7 app needed to sync the CGM will not allow silencing of all alerts and I continue getting woken up in the middle of the night with blaring alarms for lost signal. It even circumvents do not disturb. So the one thing I paid for a year to the Levels app to do I can no longer for my own sanity use it for. Now I have a useless year long subscription to Levels.
I love the concept but for my own sanity I can no longer use the CGMs they provide. This is out of their control but the DexCom G7 app needed to sync the CGM will not allow silencing of all alerts and I continue getting woken up in the middle of the night with blaring alarms for lost signal. 2025-01-04	Ga*****	App has a lot of bugs -- a waste of money in my annual membership. Buttons to log food don't work no matter how many times it's pressed, and this is one of the most critical tasks to understanding metabolic health! The buttons are non-functional most of the time and sporadically works. Also, the sync with Google Health Connect does not fully work. I've set hydration goals in the Levels app but none of it is being ported from Fitbit even though my steps and exercises are going through.
