This was recommended by an educational psychologist to use with my son, but I am finding it hard to navigate. Many parts require a license code - not sure where you get one or what it would allow me to access. The app gives biofeedback it says, but it's not clear how it's doing this, which would help to make sure my breathing isn't interfering.
