2024-08-05	Kr*****	Suggestions:- add ons are showing compulsory in some restaurants, veg non veg filter doesn't work. Still takes a lot of time to load, and when going into any sub section and coming back to homepage, it loads again everytime. Did not want to give bad ratings but app still needs work for it to be seamless. Clarity has to be there in case of issue in food delivery that who will resolve the query, the restaurant or zippit. Customer care and after sales support needs to be figured out.

Building a better alternative has always been my vision towards the company and 5 years back when we launched this app we didn't have the right resources or maybe knowledge that has came through consistent dedication, research and hardwork of 250+ people. We are the only app that charges no commissions to sellers on hyperlocal level. Proud.

Where other apps like zomato, swiggy are charging high commissions upto 32% to sellers. zippit app is best because it does not charge commissions to sellers that makes this 100% free local ordering and delivery app. Got my order in 5 minutes in ahmedabad. Keep going
