2023-11-20	Ke*****	What's wrong with the application? This application cannot be used because it takes a very long time to load & keeps saying "kesalahan koneksi..." My connection and internet is fine 😑😑 I've used this app before and it wasn't like this. Please help & fix it, thank you.

2023-09-21	Ca*****	I am so happy that I can find this useful and cuan application. FYI if you feel that the garbage is not being picked up for long time, you can ask help from eRecycle CS. You can chat them via wa (find the phone number in their instagram)

2023-08-24	As*****	It's stuck. The app cannot load the address I registered, it keeps saying "kesalahan akses". I thought my login session expired, I tried to relogin all my passwords not working, I tried to forgot password, the feature not even working. Now I am totally blocked. The app really need maintenance.

2023-03-20	te*****	The app work BUT the pick up IS SUPER UNRELIABLE and they cannot provide a reliable timeslot so you need to have someone who is 24/7 waiting for them to pick up at any random time. The organization needs to think a bit more how to deliver this business model or else its just rubbish
