Cribbage With Grandpas is a game where you play cribbage with your grandpa. It features a grandpa creator which allows the player to create a grandpa of their choosing and select what personality they should have (grumpy, silly, sweet, etc.) which affects light dialogue during play.

Cribbage is a pre-existing card game that was created in the 1600's known for it's unique wooden board and scoring system. It can be enjoyed by players of all ages and types.

Randomness of card dealing is flawed.
App crashes frequently or doesn't resume properly.
Difficulty level affects card quality, not AI skill.
Repetitive hands dealt.
Hindrance from frequent prompts for hints/tutorials.

Avoid this game, it is terrible in terms of balance. I used this on a middle difficulty to learn cribbage, and that's about all it is good for. After increasing the difficulty, it became clear that all that had changed is that Grandpa gets better cards. Grandpa does not play his cards better, he just straight up gets better cards. It is almost a guarantee that he will get 2 runs of at least three, or a mitt full of 15 combos. Every single time. No fun past the learning stage. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My favorite cribbage app. After the update it stopped using the animation scaling developer hack though and now the game feels super slow for me. Would love an in game option to increase animation speeds. After playing 1000s of games this is a huge quality of life improvement.
