I stopped paying for this insurance during financial hardship and was given a cancellation date if I didn't pay again. I thought it was just cancelled since I stopped paying for it. Then you guys sent me several emails saying you would impact my credit over 14 dollars that I still owed. Then I entered my card information to pay off the debt and move on. Your company proceeded to charge me for every month I hadn't paid and process a renewal of the policy without my consent. disgusting.
