Atrocious customer service. Their rules for pre existing conditions is anything that is diagnosed BEFORE purchasing insurance. Got the diagnosis for my cat a month AFTER purchasing, but since her symptoms showed up a month before purchase they denied it. Took them so long to get back to me that my cat DIED during that time. If I ever get another pet I sure won't use this insurance to protect them. Save yourself the hassle and find another pet insurance.
