I haven't fully learned all the different measurement meanings. but I believe the measurements that I'm getting are helping me move my weight in the right direction. The only issue I have is how your weight recommendation based on the data the scale picks up. I was a weight trainer and still have a lot of muscle mass. Which we know is heavier than fat. it's recommended that my weight should be around 125 lbs. At that weight I would look anorexic, and have to lose a lot of muscle.

Very poorly designed app. Unable to add diet data for the current day , inconsistent data entries appear randomly. I regret purchasing this scale due to this app.
