2022-03-17	Je*****	Dont use this app, the stores NEVER read custom instructions, Ive tried using every store within a 10 mi. Radius of me and not a single one can get an order right. Theres some kind of miscommunication between stores and this app. Plus they all state they cant refund me because of ordering through the app, so if the order cant be fixed, I'm stuck with something I cant eat and out of money. If you have food allergies, or medical conditions concerning food its safer to order at the store.

2021-07-22	Ro*****	Participating locations of the promotions are limited. I tried to redeem my free drink in 2 locations and I was told that the location that honors it is Westminister. I dont know if they honor rewards there also. Uninstalling this app.

2021-06-17	E *****	IDK what all the complaining is about sounds like something to take up with your local franchise owner cause all of my LA locations accept it and give me rewards and it's very simple for me to order I use it almost daily for my hubby's lunch their open early 5am and already start accepting online pick up orders which is very convenient when you're in a hurry. If you can't figure out the app you might just be slow not complicated
