The application provides a practical experience for call center and shipment tracking staff. Each employee can log in with their account, view their assigned tasks, review order details, communicate with customers, and update tracking results directly within the system.

Through L&L ERP Team, the call center team can track new orders, contact customers via phone or WhatsApp, and record the outcome of the attempt, such as: confirmed, no answer, busy, call back, pending, or canceled.

The shipment tracking team also helps them track orders after they are handed over to the shipping company and communicate with customers to record tracking results such as: pending, no answer, postponed, refused delivery, address issue, or tracking note.
