The Field

The Field helps learning professionals take projects into the workplace and capture what is actually happening at work.

Record a conversation, observation, or field note. The Field turns that evidence into a structured project update you can review before anything changes.

Use The Field to:

• Prepare for stakeholder and learner conversations
• Capture voice recordings and field observations
• Review transcripts and AI-assisted interpretations
• Identify decisions, actions, risks, and open questions
• Approve updates before they become part of the project record
• Keep field evidence connected to The Lab and the broader Learning Rewired system

The Field is built for learning designers, learning experience designers, program managers, and other professionals who need stronger evidence before recommending or evaluating a learning response.

Your work stays organized in a private workspace. Recordings, transcripts, project context, decisions, and approved updates remain connected so you can move from conversation to evidence without rebuilding the story later.

The Field is the mobile workspace in Learning Rewired Lab's connected system. It carries project context into the workplace so observations, conversations, decisions, and evidence stay connected to the work in The Lab.
