2022-07-20	Je*****	42 cents per minute and a dollar to unlock. Some locations only take scooters, some take scooters and bikes. Too many aimless wondering tourists to actually enjoy these around town. Drop zones are extremely inconvenient. Scooters are underpowered for the steep inclines around town. Really meant for road oriented adults. Cool idea tho. Need more dedicated paths for these.

It shows the spots on the map, but trying to ride the scooter while holding your phone to try find and ride to an approved parking spot isn't an acceptable solution. Either be more permissive with where the scooter is parked or provide navigation to the nearest spot. Frustrating experience, I wish I had used a Bird scooter instead.

2021-09-20	I *****	No key on the map, can't orientate the map, stuck on angled view cause the button is behind the menu. Forced to make an account just to see where you're allowed to ride. No how to use video on the scooters. Just overall a half assed app for some sub par scooters that litter the sidewalks. I hear they often randomly disconnect as well.

2021-07-19	Sa*****	This was a very frustrating experience. First of all, we couldn't rent two scooters with one phone. So if you don't have two phones with you you're out of luck. 1st frustration. THEN once we went back to the hotel to get the 2nd phone, which was charging, it wouldn't let us charge two scooters on the same credit card. BEYOND FRUSTRATING to put it mildly. Gave up at this point

Rode to the next nearest location and the available scooters all required returning it to that same zone which was not listed in the app. We were trying to use them to commute to another location so this was also unhelpful. Was a waste of time and money due to the app not being clearly marked
