2024-12-20	Sa*****	Adding links to a new service issue is formatted confusingly, with the plus button in the header itself. The layout is overall very confusing for maintenance to use. It should be much simpler and intuitive, while still maintaining full capability. This app is the bane of Rent Manager. It's so non-intuitive to use for our maintenance techs, please redo the app!!!

2024-12-11	br*****	Doesn't differentiate incoming lines. Only dials out when it wants to. Nothing ever works the same on a continuous basis. I only have it because it is required for my job.
