***Update: VIP status was fixed on 12/14, and I was given 3 months of VIP. I raised my rating to a 4.*** I was not only overcharged originally for VIP membership, but I still don't have access to the books listed as free for VIP members. I messaged them on the app, and sent them the order number they requested twice, and no response almost a month later. I even tried canceling, and restarting membership. It now has the correct fee starting next month, but still no access to the free books.

The story are interesting, why is it that each time a notification to update the App and it is been updated, all stories that have been unlocked and Read become locked and Appear as a new Story, please include videos to watch and get coins
