If you visit this app for 2 min watch will disconnect & connect minimum 10-15 times. watch take too much time to sync with phone app. 2. Getting ongoing call notification on watch it's not required. 3. App UI is quite simple need some refinement. 4. Plz add option that on which hand we have weared watch. Left or right hand 5. App Is draining battery of phone plz look after it. 6. Sleep monitor needs to improve.

2025-01-21	ya*****	I bought this watch, actually I haven't seen such a bad watch in this price range. The os of the watch is absolutely disgusting. it' doesn't have feature like AOD. sometimes is crashes, sometimes it shows worng data. I mean like what should I say for my this purchase ? I have just purchased this watch by looking that someone is trying to provide a good product to Indian costumers but at the end it's the same chineese handset with a new logo.
I bought this watch, actually I haven't seen such a bad watch in this price range. The os of the watch is absolutely disgusting. it' doesn't have feature like AOD. sometimes is crashes, sometimes it shows worng data. I mean like what should I say for my this purchase ? 2025-01-15	Ri*****	Update: It's been just 2 weeks and have already received update fixing most of minor bugs. In addition to that, have got the call/contacts feature as promised by Layers team. Thanks for that!!! I used the app with watch and app ui is smooth and easy to use with features available so far. Not giving 5 star as I was expectice personalized watch face feature would be available with the launch. I hope all promised features are released soon.

2025-01-08	Su*****	Totally jittery interface of the app , also my phone is working abnormal sometimes after Downloading the app (even if it's a 8 Gen 3 phone Xiaomi 14), and it's happening because the watch is constantly connecting and disconnecting by itself, too much bad experience with the watch as well as the app , I request everyone, this is not a finished product so don't buy it , it doesn't worth ₹7000

2025-01-05	Ab*****	The watch doesn't have any watch face with battery percentage. The watch is very very slow while measuring. Raise to wake us very slow. The watch is heavy to wear. The software is very poor. No always on display. No maps support. No camera control. No auto brightness.

The bezels look ugly on white wallpaper. I tried to use different features on app and the tracking stands nowhere in comparison to flagship products. 2024-12-29	Gi*****	Seriously I have a very bad experience with this I ordered 2 smart watch but recieved only 1 and second one is still not delivered Also the watch is still very buggy while tracking my workout the mode gets switch off automatically several times also the app is still very buggy getting disconnected many times I don't recommend using this

2024-12-28	La*****	My first ever smart band was Mi Band 2. I always had a preference for Xiaomi because their devices never fail at what they do. This device was a disappointment against the 1400 Rupees Mi Band 2. It's been two days and I'm still having connectivity issues. The UI is rather laggy and I've seen some 3K watches have better UI smoothness than this one. Display is good for sure but somehow the optimization sucks. I'd say, avoid it. Layers need to be better than this. 7k wasted.
