គោលបំណង និង សារប្រយោជន៍

- ចូលរួមលើក​ស្ទួយ​​វិស័យ​អំណាននៅ​កម្ពុជា និង ជម្រុញ​ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយ​​ច្បាប់ឱ្យ​កាន់​តែ​មាន​ភាព​ទូលំទូលាយ​ទៅដល់​សាធារណជន​ទូទៅ ទាំង​មន្រ្តីរាជការ និង ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ​​​គ្រប់រូប ឱ្យបាន​ចេះ និង បាន​ដឹង​​អំពី​ច្បាប់គ្រប់ៗគ្នា ស្របតាមគោលការណ៍នីតិរដ្ឋ ។

- បង្កលក្ខណៈងាយស្រួល​ដល់អ្នកសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវអំពីច្បាប់ មន្ត្រីរាជការ និង សិស្ស-និស្សិត នៅក្នុង​ការ​សិក្សា​ស្រាវជ្រាវ ឱ្យ​មាន​ប្រសិទ្ធភាព​ គុណភាព និង ភាពឆាប់រហ័ស ។

- ជួយសន្សំសំចៃនូវការបោះពុម្ពក្រដាសសៀវភៅ និង កាត់បន្ថយ​ការសាងសង់​សំណង់ការ្យ​ផ្សេង​ៗ​ សម្រាប់​ផ្ទុកនូវ​ឯកសារ​ ស្របតាម​យន្តការនៃ​ការ​ការពារបរិស្ថានកម្ពុជា ។


លក្ខណៈពិសេស​នៃកម្មវិធី “បណ្ណាល័យ​តម្រាច្បាប់”

- កម្មវិធី​ “បណ្ណាល័យ​តម្រាច្បាប់​” គឺជាបណ្ណាល័យចល័តបែបឌីជីថល (E-Library) ដែល​យើង​ទាំងអស់​​គ្នា ​​អាច​ទាញ​យកបាន​តាមរយៈឧបករណ៍អេឡិចត្រូនិក ដែលប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្ធប្រតិបត្តិការ IOS និង Android ដោយ​ឥតគិតថ្លៃ ។

- ជាកម្មវិធី​ ដែលមានផ្ទុកនូវទិន្នន័យ​ឯកសារច្បាប់ជាវីដេអូ និង ឯកសារPDF ជាច្រើនសន្ធឹកសន្ធាប់​ក្នុង​បញ្ជរ​អាកាស (Cloud Store) នៃកម្មវិធី ដែល​ធ្វើឱ្យអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់​មិនចំណាយទំហំផ្ទុកទិន្នន័យ​ឯកសារ​ទាំងនោះក្នុងឧបករណ៍អេឡិចត្រូនិករបស់ខ្លួន​នោះ​ឡើយ ។

- ទិន្នន័យ​ឯកសារច្បាប់ជាវីដេអូ និង ឯកសារPDF ជាច្រើនសន្ធឹកសន្ធាប់ខាងលើនេះ អាចធ្វើការ​ចែករំលែក​បន្តទៅ​កាន់​កម្មវិធីទំនាក់ទំនងសង្គម (Social Networking) ជាអាទិ៍ Telegram, Facebook, Messenger, Line, Whatsapp... -ល- ដោយឥតគិត​ថ្លៃ ។

- ក្រោយការទាញយក​កម្មវិធី​ “បណ្ណាល័យ​តម្រាច្បាប់​” លោកអ្នកនឹងក្លាយ​ជាម្ចាស់កម្មសិទ្ធិ​លើ​ឯកសារ​​ ដែល​មាន​ផ្ទុក​ក្នុងកម្មវិធីទាំងអស់ ដោយលោកអ្នកអាច​ទាញយកដើម្បីរក្សាទុក និងចែកចាយ​បាន​ដោយ​សេរី ។

Purposes and advantages

The “Legal Code Library” application features

- The “Legal Code Library” application is a digital mobile library (E-Library) which can be downloaded for free via electronic devices running IOS and Android.

- It is an application that contains a large amount of legal file data in the form of videos and PDFs in the Cloud Store of the App, which allows users to reduce the storage space of those files on their electronic devices.

- The vast amount of video and PDF legal data above can be shared for free to the Social Networking, including Telegram, Facebook, Messenger, Line, Whatsapp,…

- After downloading this “Legal Code Library” App, you will become the owner of all files contained the App which allows you to download for free storage and distribution.

- The designs of video and PDF files included in the app are sorted by field and area, making it convenient for users to quickly browse any file in an aesthetic format.

- This App “Legal Code Library” will notify you twice a week of the popular law contained in the App to help remind and encourage regular reading of users.
