The app is not working at all, no options are working,

Horrible IT support system. The homework doesn't download ,as WPS office and other related apps do not identify the file formats.Its such a pain for parents to keep up with academic . No one has tested the app with actual users. Deployment of app is so abruptly done and without any real support.
