2024-10-27	Qa*****	I've tried multiple times and on two different phones to install this app and load up the link sent by the employer but nothing worked! Everytime I downloaded the app it crashed and went to a blank screen. I tried restarting my phone and going through different browsers (as suggested by their helpline) and nothing worked. By the end they clearly couldn't advise my why it wouldn't work on my new Samsung S24 ultra and said to try a new device ! Useless software and now I've missed out on a career.

2022-04-02	Da*****	This is the second day of using this APP for an interview with RSM, and I must say, it is a fantastic APP for such a purpose. On the first day, I had challenges in uploading, and the technical support team were handy. They helped me to recognise that the problem was with my Internet and location. So, this second day, I changed location to use my University WiFi and it worked so perfectly. The upload of the recording took just a few seconds. Keep it up guys.

2022-01-13	Li*****	Having the option to read the questions and think of your answers before continuing was a great factor in this process. Although the pressure was still there when answering to a screen. It did quite intimidating when seeing the times countdown at the top of the screen which in turn accounted for quite a few stutters and awkward pauses from myself. I am genuinely a positive confident person but I don't think I came across like a worthy candidate for the position.

This app is free because it is full of errors. 24/7 customer service promised but all you get is an automatic response with no indication of the standard response time. If you use this app to organize online video interviews you should expect to lose good candidates as this app is so poorly designed that it cannot recognize email addresses properly.

2021-08-01	Fi*****	Easy user interface allowing for a smooth and well explained transition between videos. The self help tutorial before you began the virtual experience was informative and easy to understand allowing myself to have an even more enjoyable experience while eliminating any questions I might have encountered before beginning the video submission and throughout the entire process.

2021-07-10	Th*****	Great! This app is quick and easy to use. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the question remains on the screen rather than disappearing once time is up. I would've been expecting to see myself being recorded. However, this is easy to work around by simply pressing "hide question". Simple, but a hassle when looking at the webcam. Could be improved by the question remaining on screen, but transparent and at the top of bottom.

2021-06-14	Co*****	Interesting way to do interviews, the first time I've done a video interview and not a face to face. Very simple and works great on a phone and uploads fast via WiFi. Only minus one star, because on my particular interview on my mobile, the video played had a LOT more information than the written question that was too fast for me to take down as notes. Other than that, perfect!

2021-01-12	Jo*****	Terrifying as the interview I just did means almost everything to me. But it went great, I had tips on lighting and how to position my device, I got to do a trial question and play it back, and there were no breaks or stops or any weird glitches. The app ran smoothly. Could not ask for an easier app to use, clear and simple set up too.

You can see yourself on the screen but you can also bring up the question again if you need it. Also the customer service is amazing. I attempted the practice question at 11pm one night last week but had trouble logging in. I emailed the team and received a response within minutes. Great experience.

2020-11-29	Da*****	Very strange doing an interview over the phone. Not experienced that before. To be honest I think that this is a great idea with being able to have the interview anywhere rather than feeling really nervous in somebody's office. You can feel comfortable having the interview in the comfort of your own home.
