The company was founded in 1903 by three cousins ​​Franco, Ferruccio and Ferdinando Lorenzi. In the early years the family businesses are mainly engaged in the processing and resale of wood for the construction industry, especially beams and rafters, which has earned the nickname of Carratori from customers, resulting from the wagon, the means by which was transported from them the material.

In the mid-30s, John, Roger, and Enzo Agostino, sons of the founder, started working in the family business, bringing it later on until the great fire it suffered in '54 and that leveled all materials and structures that contained them.

In 2000, the LORENZI GIOVANNI & C. SNC widens ushering in a covered warehouse of approximately 4000 square meters supported by a square of other 10000 square meters adjacent to the original location.
At present the company with the name of LORENZI SRL, strong professional experience handed down from father to son, he is managed by brothers John and Frederick, which further expanded the product range offered to its customers.
