IT転職アプリPIT - エンジニアのAI市場価値診断

◆Become an engineer chosen in the AI era. PIT, the IT job change app.

PIT is an IT job change app for engineers that reveals your market value (engineer aptitude score and appropriate salary) in a 15-minute interview.

No GitHub, portfolio, or resume required. All you have to do is talk.

◆For those who:
・Want to know their market value and appropriate salary

・Find creating skill sheets and resumes troublesome

・Don't have a GitHub or publicly available achievements, making it difficult to be evaluated by scout-type services

・Want to expand their career from SES/SIer to in-house development or a modern environment

・Are not planning to change jobs immediately, but want to understand the market rate

◆Features of PIT

【1】Market value cannot be measured by multiple-choice input
PIT believes that an engineer's abilities cannot be evaluated solely by the items that can be selected in a form. Therefore, it is people who draw out experience. An advisor with an engineering background will conduct an online interview for approximately 15 minutes to articulate your experience.

[2] Analysis by AI
The AI compares the information gathered during the interview with data from approximately 15,000 engineers. We'll provide you with a numerical engineer aptitude score and appropriate salary.

[3] Skill Sheet Created by Professionals
Based on the interview, a professional will create a skill sheet that will increase your chances of being scouted. There's no need to write it yourself. It will be delivered to you later along with the diagnostic results.

[4] "Guaranteed Interview" Scouts from Companies
You'll receive serious scouts from recruiters with guaranteed interviews. Start with a casual interview rather than a formal one. You can also search for jobs that interest you using "Specific Criteria."

[5] Jobs with High Market Value in the AI Era
We list jobs directly relevant to your future career, such as those at the forefront of AI implementation, full remote work, and upstream processes. Find work where you're on the "driving" side of AI, not just the side that relies on it.

◆How to Use
