2024-08-14	Na*****	There should be a timer, not countdown or schedule. Timer is all I need but there's none in the app. There's lots of other options in the app but timer is most useful for me. I'm talking about like when you set the timer for 12 hours, the smart plug will power on for 12 hours then automatically turn off after 12 hours.

Option for user to track the wattage and consumption per hour. This way it's easier to find if which time of the day has the most energy consumption. 2. For Ele Stat, Display duration or time as to how many hours was the device running given the kW.h calculation for the day. This'll help the user track the average amount of time that the device is being used.

2023-07-10	Vi*****	I love their devices, however, the circadian rhythm feature on their light bulb is not responsive. You have to manually turn the feature on and off to see the changes when it should automatically change by itself depending on your customized setting. I hope you fix this bug. Thank you very much.

2021-05-02	Ad*****	Lasco seemed like a good app, but it's actually horrible. it prompts you to sign up with an email, but when linking to Google home, a phone number is needed. seemed easy to do, however there's no way to add your number in the app. App is useless as I cant link it to my Google home.

2021-04-07	De*****	After almost 2 years the app has still not improved. No control to brightness, no google home integration and more features that are missing compared to other brands. If you want to buy their product you should also consider the software side.
