In collaboration with the Autist and Major Foundation, Marc J. Lanovaz, Ph.D., and his research team have developed “My autistic employee”, a free mobile application to raise awareness and support managers in the integration of autistic people in work context.

The objective of “My autistic employee” is to promote the hiring and retention of autistic people in diverse environments. The application contains a questionnaire to assess your knowledge about autism, testimonials from autistic employees and managers as well as a decision-making tool to find solutions to challenges that may arise.
