Fuego: Language Learning

Fuego is a language tutor you talk to. You speak, it answers, and it corrects what you got wrong. Seven languages to learn, a 1,000-word core vocabulary in each, and a conversation from the first lesson.

WHAT'S IN THE APP
• Voice practice that runs like a real conversation - you say a sentence, you hear a reply, and the tutor keeps the thread going
• Text chat with the same tutor and the same corrections, for when you have no microphone or no quiet room
• Corrections as you go - what was wrong, what the fix is, and the same pattern brought back later to check it stuck
• You set a rough level to start, from complete beginner up, and the tutor re-reads it as you talk
• A 1,000-word core vocabulary per language, with a picture and an example sentence for every word
• Flashcards built from the words you reached for, on a spaced repetition schedule that returns them the day before you forget
• A daily set: one conversation, a few exercises, and the cards that are due
• Seven languages to learn - English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Polish
• Explanations and translations in any of 39 languages, so you can learn Spanish with everything explained in Polish

MADE FOR
• People who read a language far better than they speak it, and want the speaking part to stop being frightening
• Beginners who have never said a sentence out loud and want to start today rather than after ten lessons
• Anyone who finished a course app, collected a long streak, and still cannot hold a conversation
• Travellers who need the language they are about to land in, not a syllabus
• People coming back to a language they studied years ago and want to find out what is left

WHY FUEGO
A course sets its order in advance. Fuego builds each day out of what you did the day before: the words you reached for, the mistakes you repeated, and the goals you told it about. It is one tutor that remembers you, not a track everyone walks.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the best app to practise speaking a language?
The one that makes you speak on day one. Fuego opens with a conversation rather than a lesson: it asks a question, you answer out loud or by typing, and it corrects what you got wrong before moving on.

Can I learn Spanish by talking to an AI?
You can practise it, which is the part most learners never get. The tutor holds a real exchange, adapts to your level, and names your mistakes. It does not replace a human teacher for exam preparation or accent coaching.

How do I start learning a language from zero?
Start at the lowest level if that is where you are. The tutor then speaks in short sentences and translates on request, in whichever of the 39 languages you picked, until you stop needing it.

Do I have to speak out loud?
No. Every lesson works by typing, with the same tutor, the same corrections and the same flashcards. Speaking is the faster route, not the only one.

How is this different from a course app?
A course decides the order before it meets you. Fuego decides each day from what you actually did, which is why two people at the same level get different lessons.

Do I need an account?
No. Open the app and start. There is nothing to sign up for and no email to give.

What does it cost?
Nothing in this version. No subscription, no in-app purchase.

Does it work offline?
No. The tutor runs on our server, so conversation, exercises and speech all need a connection.
