Usefulness: By using this App.

1. User can record the following vital details of their piece of various lands including their areas in different units.

(a) ID No./Plot No.
(b) Who are you, whether – Owner/Agent/ Revenue Person/etc
(c) Your Contact Details – Mobile No/ Email
(d) Description of type of piece of Lands/ Plots - like Agricultural / Residential/ Commercial
(e) Address/ Location of piece of Lands/ Plots.
(f) Cost/Price (Estimated/ Demand) of piece of Lands/ Plots.
(g) Accurate Area of piece of Lands/ Plots in desired units without human intervention or error or manipulations.

2. There are three options available for measurement of Area of piece of Lands/ Plots of Users.

(a) User can type or enter their coordinates (if Known) of each corner of the piece of Lands/ Plots.
(b) User can obtain coordinates by tapping (Double Tap) in the button while standing physically on each corner of piece of Lands/ Plots.
(c) User can mark each corner of the piece of Lands/ Plots to obtain coordinates on Google Map.

3. Area can be measured (by selection) in different units depending upon size of the piece of Lands/ Plots and or requirements.

4. All details recorded for piece of Lands/ Plots can be saved, shared to any desired persons.

5. This details can be verified by Revenue Officer/ Patwari for record purpose for further multiple uses as per own requirements.

6. Data/ details of many plots can be stored/saved on their mobile for further use any time.

7. Data/ details of plot can be shared to any one for their information and further useful action.

8. User can have co- ordinates of exact boundary of many plots and can keep as record (which cannot be changed or distorted manually by any persons) for further multiple use.
