Worst experience ever. This looks like a scam. Please be cautious before requesting any service. They collected ₹37,000 upfront on May 4 for my family tree and property registration work. The app showed a delivery date of June 6, but as of June 23, the status is still "In Progress." Initially, they kept delaying it by another week. Now they neither respond to calls nor provide updates and seem to be avoiding communication. Filing a consumer court complaint appears to be my last option.
